I am not sure whether they serve Patties in the morning or afternoon time, but they do serve it post 5 pm every day. I really doubt if there would be any other city in India or a any where else in the world, where you can get so many egg varieties. Ingredients used are given below: Dahi Bhalla Recipe Ingredients Needed for Preparing batter for Dahi Bhalla Ratio 2:1 Urad Dal and Moong Dal Mix after grinding them 2 pcs Hari Mirch (Green Chilli) ½ spoon Namak (Basis your taste you can reduce or increase the quantity) 1 TSP Jeera (Cumin seeds) ¼ TSP Hing (Asafetida) 700g Dahi (Curd), you may increase or decrease this. 2 and a half Spoon Chini (Sugar) Meethi - Khatti Chutney - Ingredients Needed 50g Imalee (Tamarind) 1 TSP Dry Pudina (Dried Mint) ½ TSP Chaat Masala ½ TSP Kala Namak (Black Salt) ½ TSP Lal Mirch (Red Chilli Powder) ¼ TSP Namak (Normal Salt) ½ TSP Ajwain (Carom Seed) 1 TSP Roasted Jeera powder (Cumin seeds) ¼ Hing (Asafetida) 4 TSP Spoon Chini (Sugar) 1 TSP Sonth (Dry Ginger) Hari Chutney - Ingredients Needed Pudina Leaf (Mint Leaf) Dhaniya (Coriander) ⅖ times of Pudina Hari Mirch (Green Chilli) 3-4 Adrak (Ginger) 1 inch. Dhaniya Powder (Coriander Powder) - 1 TSP ¼ Spoon Namak (Normal Salt) Dahi - 1-2 spoon, or you can also add water. Neebu (Lemon) - half lemon is fine for the quantity we used.
